Unfortunately, more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the product, it is no longer possible to return or change the product.
In order to qualify for a refund of the transaction amount, the product must be unused and in the condition as it was at the time of receipt of the product. The product must be in the original packaging.
The cost of returning the product is paid by the buyer. The amount paid for delivery is non-refundable. If the payment for the purchase is returned, it does not include delivery costs, only the value of the goods themselves.
As soon as we have received your returned product, we will inform you by e-mail that we have received it. If the refund is confirmed, you will receive a refund of the value of the goods to the account from which the payment was received. Payment will be refunded within the next two weeks.
